Waffles with red bean filling

Ingredients 

170g bread flour 

30g sugar 

2g salt 

3g instant fry yeast 

50g coconut condensed milk  

50g almond milk or milk of choice 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

30g soften butter 


Filling 

Red bean paste or filling of choice 

In a large bowl, combine all bread ingredients except for butter. Then mix until combined. Cover and let sit for 20mins. Then add in soften butter and knead until the dough comes together, about 10 - 12 mins. Smooth the dough and let it rest for 45 mins. 


Divide dough into 6 portions and rolled into balls. Cover and let rest for 10 mins. Flatten the dough and add the filling in the centre. Gather up the edges to seal, make sure the bottom is tightly closed. Shape into round balls. Let rise for 20 mins. Cook the dough in waffle maker, depending on your waffle maker, mine takes 5-6 mins to cook. Serve warm.
