TENDER & FLUFFY BUNS

 


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup (250ml) warm milk

1/2 cup (100g) sugar

2 envelopes of tradipan 

4 cups (560gr) all-purpose wheat flour

A patty or two

A can of butter or some vegetable butter 

A pinch of salt

70 g of unsalted butter

2 eggs + 1 extra at room temperature

1cdta vanilla extract

To brush bread: 1 egg scrambled with half a teaspoon sugar and a brush 


PREPARATION:

1. We started by making a fountain out of flour so it looks like a volcano.

2. Then place 1 cdta vanilla extract, make warm milk, make both eggs, apply both tramipan envelopes inside, make sugar. 


3. Now with the butter break it into pieces and place them around the fountain and apply a pinch of salt around it.

4. Start loving for 30 minutes whipping hard. After kneading it should stick to the consistency of a pizza dough.


5. With butter or butter, muddy into the batter, chop 15 balls of dough, they must weigh approximately 15g.

6. Now with the scrambled egg varnish the buns and then place the buns in the preheated oven at 175°C for ten minutes.
