CORN CAKE IN BLENDER

 


 INGREDIENTS:

 4 eggs

 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

 3 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour

 1 can of green corn

 2 cups (of tea) of sugar

 1 cup of cornmeal

 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

 1 liter of milk

 1 tablespoon baking powder


 INSTRUCTIONS:

 1. In a blender, put all the ingredients, except the yeast, beat everything very well, add the yeast and mix manually with the help of a spatula until all the yeast is dissolved (blender off).


 2. Grease a baking dish with butter and cornmeal and pour the mixture into it.

 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
