INGREDIENTS:
400 ml of milk (tibia)
12 g yeast (1 cda filling)
1 cda of sugar
30 g of melted butter
600 g of wheat flour
8 grams of salt (1 cdta)
15 g of common wheat flour
PREPARATION:
1. Place the warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Blend in nicely.
2. Place common wheat flour and salt, then mix well.
3. Knead until you get a soft, smooth dough.
4. Split in two parts, then divide each part into (6) Mold the dough and let sit for 15 minutes.
5. Making small cuts in the center. Brush with egg yolk and butter optional.
6. Preheat oven to 200°C for 25 mins.
