The delicious Spanish recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
100 gr of butter
240 gr of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
130 gr of flour
3 eggs
2 gr of vanillin
Powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter with the sugar, salt and water.
2. Then add the flour and mix.
3. Beat the eggs with the vanilla and pour into the batter.
4. Transfer the mixture to the piping bag and fry the churros.
5. Serve with chocolate sauce.
