INGREDIENTS:
250 gr of flour
3 gr dry yeast
12 gr sugar
1 egg
42gr butter
125ml Warm Milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 Pickups
1 egg
smoothie and parsley to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS :
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, melted butter, milk and salt. Mix and work well until smooth mixture. Let it sit for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 portions, then spread and roll each one.
Wrap sausages and let sit for 30 minutes. Then cover with a scrambled egg and add some parsley.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
