INGREDIENTS:
1 juice orange (thin skin)
250 g of sugar
170 g of baking flour
3 eggs
70 ml of Sunflower Oil
15 grams of chemical yeast
PREPARATION:
1. Wash the orange well and cut it into small pieces, don't peel it, in this recipe we use it whole. Put it in the glass of the blender, add the oil, the three eggs and the sugar. Beat until all is well integrated (there will be little orange dots as you can see in the pics). Pour the mixture into a large bowl that you can mix comfortably.
2. Grind the flour and yeast directly over the above mixture, help yourself with a blender. Mix it up with a tongue.
3. Grease the mold with some butter and sprinkle some flour so it doesn't stick (remove the excess). Add the mixture into the mold.
4. Throw two tablespoons of sugar on top to make a crust (optional). Bake at 1800C for 30 minutes with heat on top and bottom.
5. Let it cool inside the oven.
