Packed full of yum! This small-batch chicken salad has yellow and Dijon mustard plus a little ranch dressing for the most flavorful lunch ever.
INGREDIENTS:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, diced
4 celery sticks, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
3 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Ranch salad dressing
salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Add chicken and vegetables to a medium bowl.
2.Add yellow mustard, Dijon mustard and Ranch dressing. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
