Homemade Mold Bread

 


INGREDIENTS:

-80 grams of melted butter

-400 ml of warm milk

-10 grams dry yeast (1 cda) 

-10 grams of sugar (1 cda)

-2 eggs

-850 grams of common wheat flour

-6 grams of salt (1 cdta) 


PREPARATION:

1. In a container place melted butter, warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and egg. Blend in nicely.


2. Add common wheat flour in two parts,then add the second part and salt. 


3. Mix and knead flour until a soft and smooth dough, then Cover and let sit for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.


4. Extract all the air from the mass and divide it in two parts.


5. Stretch then roll up and place in an oily mold. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes or until triple in size.


6. Brush with an egg yolk 1 teaspoon of milk, take to preheated oven to 200°C for 25 minutes.
