Bbq chicken wings, roast potatoes and kachumbari



Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Allow to marinate for at least an hour.


Method:
Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes and  baste with bbq sauce. Leave in the oven for 5 more minutes.

For the potatoes
7 potatoes (wedges)
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 sprigs of thyme
1/3 cup oil
Salt

Method:
Starts by parboiling the potatoes in salt water till just soft.Then drain completely.

Mix the spices together and toss in the potatoes till well coated.

Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till crispy and serve.
