Brown Rice Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake




I used brown rice to make the flour (blended it till it was fine) but you can use normal flour

Ingredients 

-nonstick cooking spray( for the bundt pan)
-1 and half chopped dates
-1 cup boiling water
-1 cup granulated sugar
-1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
-3 large eggs
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-2 cups of brown rice flour( blend Spekko brown rice till fine) you can use normal flour if you want.
-3 teaspoons of baking soda
-1 teaspoon of salt

Pudding

-1 cup of muscovado brown sugar
- 1 and half cup unsalted butter
-1 cup heavy cream
-1 table spoon vanilla
-half teaspoon salt



Method:

For the cake mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together in different bowls. Mix both and wet ingredients together and mix

Bake for 25 to 30min on a preheated 180 oven
Once it's done baking you can add your pudding and garnish with a crushed toffee bar and any fruits of your choice.

You can garnish with any fruit of your choice or a crushed toffee bar
