Dough Ingredients
•Flour 1 1/2 cups
•Salt 1/4 tsp
•Oil 2 tbsp
•Water 1/3 cup Luke warm
Method
▪️Mix everything well and make a dough brush some oil on top and cover for 30 minutes.
Mince Ingredients
•Chicken mince 500 g
•Oil 2 tbsp
•Salt to taste
•Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
•Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
•Black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
•Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
•Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
•Onion 1 medium chopped
•Tomato 1 medium chopped
•Capsicum 1 medium cubed
•Eggs 2 beaten
Method
▪️In oil add ginger garlic paste. Let it sauté then add chicken mince. Let it fry for a while. Then start adding all the spices.
▪️Add all veggies and mix well. Cover for 5 minutes so the vegetables can get soft and mince will tender.
▪️Now in center of the mince add eggs and mix well on high flame. Let the eggs will cook well with mince.
▪️Close the flame and let the mince cool to room temperature.
▪️Roll the dough add mince in center. Level it then fold all the 4 sides to center. Brush some water on edges so dough will easily stick together.
▪️Fry in hot oil from both sides.
▪️Cut from center and serve warm.
▪️This will make 5 matabbaq (10 slices).
