I’m feeling so lazy to get in the kitchen so I’m looking for something quick and fast.

I remembered this easy airfried hake recipe so that’s what’s on my menu.

Ingredients:
5 pieces hake from frozen(easier to work with)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons oil

Method:
1.Mix all ingredients besides fish in a bowl.

2. With a silicone brush, brush your fish with the spice baste on both sides.

3. Place in airfryer gently, place on airfry function for 10 minutes on 160 degrees. Turn, use silicone brush to brush any remaining oil/spices on fish. Airfry for 5 minutes. Remove with a spatula very gently.

For the star of the show, the sauce.

1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 garlic clove chopped into teeny tiny pieces
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Dash of aromat
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a small pot on medium heat add in your butter and chopped garlic, allow garlic to infuse with butter for a few seconds. Remove from heat.

2. In a bowl add in cream and squeezed lemon. Place pot back onto stove, slowly add cream mixture whilst whisking continuously. Add in aromat, salt and pepper.

3. Pour over fish, serve with chips. Enjoy

You could easily fry on the stove or grill in the oven. It really is such a versatile meal.

Please note that I used the instantpotsa airfryer so the basket is very different,I wouldn’t recommend you make this in an airfryer with a mesh basket.
