Ingredients
•Chicken 1400 g 14 pieces
•Yogurt 170 g
•Salt 1 tsp
•Ginger paste 1 tbsp
•Garlic paste
•Tandoori masala 2 tbsp shan foods arabia
•Lemon juice 3 tbsp
•Red chili powder 1 tsp
•Chaat masala 1 1/2 tsp
•Garam masala 1/2 tsp
•Cumin seeds/powder 1 tsp
•Oil 2 tbsp
•Coal piece 1
Method:
▪️Put the yogurt in strainer on a bowl and leave it in fridge for overnight. As we need hung curd for this.
▪️Make the marinade from all the above ingredients. Mix everything well.
▪️Put some cuts on chicken pieces and marinate. Chicken should be completely dry. Each an every cut, corner of chicken should be completely packed with the marination.
▪️Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
▪️Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
▪️Place the foil paper on your baking tray.
▪️Put the grill on baking tray and bake the chicken for 20 mins.
▪️Mean while put the coal on stove so it will be ready when required.
▪️Now turn on the broiler on high temperature and let the chicken get proper dark grilled color.
▪️Carefully take out the tray from oven as it will have juices in tray.
▪️Slightly brush the chicken with oil. Turn the side and again broil till the other side will also get good color.
▪️Now take the tray from oven place the hot coal on tray, put 1 tsp oil on it and cover with foil. I realized late that I was out of stock with foil so used wax paper.
▪️Remove the cover in 10 minutes.
▪️Squeeze some lemon on chicken and enjoy with onion rings, cucumber and tomato.
