Ingredients
- 1kg lean mince
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 Handful mixed vegetables
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 medium tomato chopped
- 12 lasagna sheets( any brand)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 50g liquid stock
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp seven colours grill seasoning spice
- 2 tbsp BBQ spice
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp chutney
Cheese sauce Ingredients
- 70g butter
- 70g flour
- 1 litre milk
- Handful of cheddar cheese
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pinch of white pepper
Method for Sauce
Pre heat oven at 200 degrees
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
Whisk flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, a little at a time and whisk until smooth.
Place a layer of auce in the bottom, lasagna sheets, mince, sprinkle grated parmesan.
Repeat the process three times and finish with a white sauce, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese on top
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 or until golden brown
Let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
