4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp ground black pepper
a pinch of salt (optional)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD:
1. Cut the beef into small pieces (they should not be bigger than a walnut), place them in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of tamari and 1 tsp of ground black pepper: mix well and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or you can skip this step if you are in a hurry.2. Prepare the skewers and use the marinade left in the bowl to brush the meat just before cooking it.
3. Preheat a pan (even better if you have a grill pan) over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for approx. 8 minutes.
4. While the skewers are cooking, prepare a sauce with 2 tbsp of tomato purée, 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of dried marjoram: mix well and use it to brush the skewers when they are almost ready, then place
them back in the pan until fully cooked according to your preferences.
5. Add a pinch of salt.
6. Optional to serve with cauliflower rice, green salad and capers.
