- Caramel drizzle is wonderful on ice cream, cakes, apple pies, bread pudding and many other desserts.
- so today i am sharing my Signature double chocolate fudge brownie recipe with icecream and Caramal drizzle on top.
- These are the best fudgy, crispy & chewy chocolate brownies you can ever think of.
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1&1/4cup dark chocolate
▪️1/2cup butter(room temp)
▪️1cup granulated sugar
▪️1/2 cup brown sugar
▪️3 eggs (room temp)
▪️1tsp vanilla
▪️1/2tsp salt
▪️1/2cup flour
▪️1/4cup cocoa powder
▪️1/2cup semi sweet chocolate chips
▪️caramel sauce
▪️Icecream
METHOD:
- Grease a 7×7-inch baking pan with butter & line with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven at180c for 15min.
- In a heat resistant bowl add dark chocolate & butter. Melt in a microwave 20sec interval or over a double boiler.Mix and melt completely. cool down completely.set aside.
- In a different bowl add both sugars,eggs & vanilla and whisk well until creamy.
- Add chocolate & butter mixture to it and mix again for 1-2min.
- Add sifted flour, cocoa powder and salt.Fold using a spatula.
- add chocolate chips & mix.
- pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 27-32min (depends on the oven, don't overbake).
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 30min.slice them into 9 square.
- add a scoop of icecream on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce & enjoy!!!
