Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Nutella chocolate
- Mix cheese & butter until smooth
- Add powdered sugar & cocoa, mix on low speed until light & fluffy, add Nutella and mix until well combined.
Method:
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk in sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, milk and oil Whisk well to combine.
- Pour boiling water into batter, mix well (mixture will be thin in consistency)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease round 9-in cake pan, line base with parchment paper.
- Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let it cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn into wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
- Cut it to layers and spread the frosting on each layer, then frost the top and sides of the cake.
- Wrap it with Kit Kat bars and top it as desired.
