INGREDIENTS: โฃ
- 4 to 6 chicken thigh pieces, skin on โฃ
- 1 heaping tsp minced garlicโฃ
- 1 tsp smoked paprikaโฃ
- 1 tsp red chili flakes โฃ
- 1/2 tsp oreganoโฃ
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemaryโฃ
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)โฃ
- 1/2 tsp black pepperโฃ
- 2-3 tbsp olive oilโฃ
- Few tablespoons of waterโฃ
- 1 cup asparagus stalks, choppedโฃ
- 3-4 cocktail tomatoes, quarteredโฃ
- 1/2 medium onion, slicedโฃ
- 1 heaping tbsp cream cheeseโฃ
- 1/2 cup heavy creamโฃ
- 1/2 cup water โฃ
- 1/4 piece of Chicken Bouillon cube โฃ

Method: โฃ
1. In a bowl marinate the chicken thighs with the seasoning and half the oil. Massage it thoroughly and leave it to rest for minimum of 30 minutes.โฃย
2. Preheat a skillet on medium flame, add in the thighs (skin side down) and all the marination. Add in rest of the oil and fry until skin is crispy. Flip the chicken and add in few tablespoons of water to avoid garlic from burning.โฃย
3. Move the chicken on one side of the skillet and add in the veggies. Mix them in and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. At this point you can remove the chicken to further cook in an air fryer or let it finish in here.โฃย
4. If using an air fryer than cook chicken at 180C for 6-10 minutes until golden and crispy.โฃย
5. Add in cream cheese to the skillet and mix it until melted. Now add in heavy cream and water. Give it a mix and lastly add your quarter chicken bouillon cube. At this point taste test you seasoning.โฃย
6. Once chicken is cooked in your air fryer, add it back in on top of the gravy and serve.
