INGREDIENTS: โฃ

  • 4 to 6 chicken thigh pieces, skin on โฃ
  • 1 heaping tsp minced garlicโฃ
  • 1 tsp smoked paprikaโฃ
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes โฃ
  • 1/2 tsp oreganoโฃ
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemaryโฃ
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)โฃ
  • 1/2 tsp black pepperโฃ
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oilโฃ
  • Few tablespoons of waterโฃ
  • 1 cup asparagus stalks, choppedโฃ
  • 3-4 cocktail tomatoes, quarteredโฃ
  • 1/2 medium onion, slicedโฃ
  • 1 heaping tbsp cream cheeseโฃ
  • 1/2 cup heavy creamโฃ
  • 1/2 cup water โฃ
  • 1/4 piece of Chicken Bouillon cube โฃ

Method: โฃ

1. In a bowl marinate the chicken thighs with the seasoning and half the oil. Massage it thoroughly and leave it to rest for minimum of 30 minutes.โฃย 


2. Preheat a skillet on medium flame, add in the thighs (skin side down) and all the marination. Add in rest of the oil and fry until skin is crispy. Flip the chicken and add in few tablespoons of water to avoid garlic from burning.โฃย 


3. Move the chicken on one side of the skillet and add in the veggies. Mix them in and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. At this point you can remove the chicken to further cook in an air fryer or let it finish in here.โฃย 


4. If using an air fryer than cook chicken at 180C for 6-10 minutes until golden and crispy.โฃย 


5. Add in cream cheese to the skillet and mix it until melted. Now add in heavy cream and water. Give it a mix and lastly add your quarter chicken bouillon cube. At this point taste test you seasoning.โฃย 


6. Once chicken is cooked in your air fryer, add it back in on top of the gravy and serve.
