INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken thighs (400g)
- Sliced onions (250g)
- Sliced peppers (200g)
- Lettuce
- Pickles sliced
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- 6 pita bread or tortillas
- Butter

SHAWARMA SAUCE:
- Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- Sour cream (1/2 cup)
- Fryed sesame seeds (50g)
- Couple cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
All ingredients add it into a blender and blend it for a 30 sec.

DIRECTIONS:
- In one bowl, add 1/2 cup yogurt and add salt, black pepper, ground cumin, red chili powder, onion powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, and garlic powder. Mix the seasonings well and add the chicken thighs. Cover it and put it in refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Grill the chicken thighs on medium heat into a grill pan for a 6 min of each side. When chicken are done, take it out, cool it down and slice it.
- Use the same grill pan with same grease from chicken, and fry the sliced onions and peppers on medium heat about 7-8 min. Season it with salt and black pepper.
- Take out fryed onions and peppers and into a same grill pan add some butter and grill the pita bread for a 30 sec. on each side.
- When we have all ingredients ready, take one pita bread, add shawarma sauce on the surface, then add sliced lettuce, fryed onions and peppers, grilled chicken and one again shawarma sauce on the top and roll it.
