𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗸𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- 1KG of Lean beef mince meat
- 1 Brown onion, diced
- 1 Red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 Cup of parsley, diced
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp of 7 spice
- 1 Tbsp paprika

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Pre heat the oven to 220c.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
3. Roll the kofta meat into balls. Each kofta ball is 1 1/2 tbsp in size.
4. Place the kofta ball onto a baking tray that is lined with baking paper.
5. Spray the kofta with olive oil and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the middle of the kofta ball are cooked through.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲
- 1 Cup of Basmati rice, soaked, washed & drained
- 400g of lean beef mince meat
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 Brown onion, diced
- 4 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 Tsp salt or to required taste
- 2 Tbsp of 7 spice
- 1 1/2 Cups of boiling water
- 1/4 Cup roasted Almonds
- 1/4 Cup parsley, diced

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- 1. In a pre heated pan add the oil, onions and meat. On a medium heat fry and stir occasionally until the meat is slightly brown.
- 2. Add the garlic, salt and spices and stir for a further two minutes.
- 3. Add the rice and combine all the ingredients.
- 4. Add the water and stir. Allow the water to come to a boil. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer of 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
- 5. Serve the rice on a platter, place the kofta balls on top. Garnish with roasted almonds and chopped parsley.
