Ingredient:
2 lbs colossal frozen shrimp⠀
1 ea. Red, yellow, orange bell peppers sliced.⠀
1 large red onion halved then thick sliced.⠀
1 pkg fresh shrooms.⠀
1 lb fresh whole green beans.⠀
flavor good Sweet and Spicy Fiesta seasoning and Pink Salt and Peppercorn⠀
Method:
Lay the defrosted shrimp on a paper towel on a cutting board and sprinkle liberally with the Fiesta seasoning. Let sit til ready to cook.⠀

1) Get the veggies sliced up, add some olive oil to your hot skillet ( med high ) Dump in the veggies and stir fry til just tender. Add some pink salt and peppercorn to taste. Put aside on a paper plate.⠀
2) Start steaming the green beans until tender. ⠀
3) Add more oil and start searing the shrimp, about 3 batches, don't over crowd. Flip after about 3 minutes, you should have a nice color and shrimp will curl a bit. Set all aside on a paper plate. ⠀
4) Add some more olive oil and throw in the green beans just to color em a bit, about 5 minutes, reduce heat to med, then dump in veggies, mix , add shrimp on top, add a couple tbsps of butter around the sides, turn off the heat and cover for 15 minutes.
