Ingredients:
2-3 lobster tails
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon
Method:
-Preheat oven to 230C.
-Cut open the lobster tails if you need to, and lift the lobster meat up and out of the tail so that there’s a dome of lobster tail meat like pictured. Arrange on a baking tray.
- Mix together the butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika and lemon juice. Brush well all over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 13 minutes or until lobster meat is cooked through but not rubbery (range would be 12-15 minutes).
-Enjoy, with extra lemon wedges and melted butter. I had fries on the side 😋😋What a meal!
