Ingredients
3 tbsp. water
5-6 sweet potatoes
Salt Pepper
A pinch of oregano
Olive oil
1 tbsp. mustard
1 lemon, juice
1 whole chicken
250g chicken liver chopped1 onion finely chopped
4 tbsp. rice
Directions
In a small bowl, we mix the mustard, lemon juice and olive oil, and set aside.
In a pan with some olive oil, sauté the onion until it withers; then, add the
chicken liver, cut it into small pieces.
Once the color changes, we add salt, pepper, rice and water and bring it to a boil.Once the rice is almost cooked, leave it to cool.We fill the chicken, close it with toothpicks or sew it, smear it well with oliveoil, salt and sprinkle it with oregano.
In a baking pan we spread around the potatoes, salt them and cover them with
the mixture of oil, lemon and mustard.
We bake at 180 degrees C for 1 hour until the chicken is brow
potatoes soften.
