Ingredient:

Chicken thighs or you can use a whole chicken cut it up into pieces Season it with⬇️These spices

-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 

-1/4 teaspoon of 7 spice 

-1/4 teaspoon of curry powder 

-1 teaspoon of salt 

-2 bay leaves 

-water 

Boil for about 15 minutes


Fry all ⬇️these veggies, you can also air fry or roast them in the oven

-eggplants

-potatoes 

-carrots 

-cauliflower 


-1 can of chick peas 

-3 cups of basmati rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes, then season the rice with these spices⬇️

-1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon 

-1/2 tablespoon of salt 

-2 teaspoons of 7 spice 

-1 teaspoon of curry powder 

-1 teaspoon of black pepper 

-1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 


Method:

  1. Add a couple tablespoons of oil to the bottom of a pot with slices of tomatos, then start layering the chicken, chick peas the veggies and the seasoned rice on top. 


  1. Then Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of hot water and boil on high heat until the water reduces down. Then turn down the heat to really low and add a layer of foil on top cover the pot and cook for another 30 minutes.
