Ingredients:
8 small potatoes cut in 1/2” chunks
4 carrots peeled and cut into 3/4” chunks
1 red onion diced big chunks
4 stalks celery diced
5 cloves garlic diced
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup red wine
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Sage
Rosemary
Old bay
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp brown rice flour
Method:
Sauté chicken until almost done and set aside. Sauté all veggies 3-4 mins, add chicken back in, add all spices and flour, cook for 2 mins stirring constantly. Add broth and wine and simmer for 30 mins until veggies are done.
